Brent Martin I've never used the menu import process. Let me know if it helps you out.
vanitha dayalan Thanks Brent, we manually migrated the content reference and it works now.
But jus curious , do you have any idea on how the menu import process works? (Im reading about it on PeopleBooks)
Was wondering if this will solve our issue.
Brent Martin I haven't done a LOT of work with Enterprise Portal but I believe you'll have to manually migrate the content reference.

Migrations happen from database to database, so there's no application logic that can trap the event and take an action to move the content reference to another app (via integration broker for instance).
Vanitha Dayalan We recently moved a project into our CRM system. T
his has a new custom menu option under the Customers CRM.
Though this is visible on my CRM database
Im unable to see this on my Portal Database.

When a project is migrated to CRM does the content reference have to be migrated manually to PORTAL????
Is there any automated process to do this

Thanks
Vanitha
