Brent Martin	I don't usually see queries being subject to the same testing standards as code or configuration. Basically you develop and unit test the query, then let a user who has an idea about the data do some sort of acceptance test prior to moving to production.
cloaker	Hi All, I am in a situation where I need your help.Please suggest me how to proceed... Company B merged with Company A.Company A is working with Peoplesoft 8.19 for their HRMS and Payroll.Company B had their HRMS and Payroll in oracle. The Company A integrated the company B data in peopleosft removing the oracle applications. I support for Company A in PS Adhoc query requirements.since they have integrated, now the company A want's to verify the company B's queries and do modification or create new one. Before jumping in to the process of creating or modifying the queries, the management decided to do testing. My question is what type of testing need to be done (Sys Inte Test).If any body have done this type testing for data flow and data verification when merging happened. Please provide me any docs /plans/suggestions Thanks in Adv cloaker
