We create a pagelet in portal to access the page in the HCM system, we use the HCM node (HRMS) and PeopleSoft Generic URL type to access HCM. After create this pagelet, we put this pagelet on the homepage of the Portal System.
When you first login in the portal, the home page presents ok. But when we close all current login window, open a new window and then login portal again, the homepage display error information for this remote pagelet, and when you click those menu item refer to HR system in the Portal Menu, it will presents the HR login windows, it seems that the SSO does not work.
The error information is:
"Error getting content. Please contact your system administrator."
But when we click the logout link in the Portal homepage, and login again in the same window, the system presents the remote pagelet right in the homepage, and when you click those menu item refer to HR system in the Portal Menu, it represents those HR page to you in the portal system, it seems that the SSO works fine.
We check the Portal web server’s log file

IA_servlets0.log.0, we found that there are some error information:
