I worked for a company that migrated from PS to Oracle. They ended up moving the PeopleSoft database/app server/web server to a single Windows server, wrote up some instructions about how to bounce it, and left it up and running. COBOL was a concern for a while, but if you don't run batch processes any more it's really a mute point.
