The project I'm currently on is looking for developers, mostly to re-apply HRMS customizations for an 8.3 to 9.0 upgrade. A large part of the work will be done remotely, with occasional travel to St. Louis as necessary.
Here are the details:
Individuals will be part of a larger PeopleSoft HCM 8.3/9.0 upgrade and production support effort. The work includes the ability to create technical Analysis and Design documents. In addition, the individual will have the ability to code a solution based on the Analysis and Design Documents using the most appropriate PeopleSoft tool (SQR, Query, COBOL...)
Additional responsibilities include HCM unit testing and QA/UAT support.
Required Skills 5-7 years PeopleSoft 8.x development experience PeopleTools 8.x (App Designer, App Engine, SQR, App Messaging, XML) General knowledge of Oracle database, UNIX, and NT environment scripting languages (UNIX Shell scripting, Windows batch files, etc.).
In addition, the candidate must have excellent analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills, and a very good functional knowledge and/or experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
