I am thinking of upgrading my OS from AIX 5.2 to AIX 5.3. May I know what will be its impact on people tools we are using? Here are the details.



We are currently using:



Peopletools 8.20

Oracle 9i

HRMS 8.3



Do we have something to do with the PS admin task before upgrading?? Hope you can help me.

I'm not seeing anything below PeopleTools 8.22 that's even listed on the supported platforms page on Metalink. You should probably consider a PTools upgrade before attempting the OS upgrade. According to Metalink, PeopleTools 8.22 supports both AIX 5.2 and AIX 5.3.
