I took a video of the HCM portion of the Oracle Fusion demo Steve Miranda and Chris Leone presented on September 24.  I apologize for the poor quality, but it does show some of the cool stuff that Fusion HCM has.  The Org Chart functionality is nice.

I'm not sure that Fusion Apps are necessaryily part of my future but I thought your video was very cool.

HA! Org Chart is supposed to be their idea of a PeopleSoft Fusion demo? As a PeopleSoft developer, I was at first scared to see that there was a Fusion demo. But as I watched the demo video, I realized that Fusion is still far away. I'll start believing Fusion talk when they have a Fusion demo running a payroll for 50,000 employees.
